A seasonal campground open late April to late October. With very few sites this exclusive RV is nesstled close to weirs beach Laconia up on the hillside, offering amazing views of Lake Winnipesaukee.

Our 2021 Keystone Avalanche is perfect for couples or small families. The rig has one king bedroom at the front of the camper, one bathroom and a huge open plan kitchen/living space to the rear. The dinette has been replaced with a workstation for remote working and the living room is plenty big enough to utlize the king size pull out couch for guests/kids.

All furnishings, supplies plus remaing fee's for 2025  are included! So you will be ready to enjoy on day one.
